Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total of the proposal submitted, payable without recourse to the City of Lake Worth, Texas as a guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute required Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. The notice of award of contract shall be given to the successful proposer within forty-five (45) days following the opening of Competitive sealed proposal. This project manual covers two separate projects. The Owner reserves the right to select individual contractors for each project or one contractor for both sites and projects. Azle Pump House and Water Tower, and Azle Well Site Generator Additions (Project 2) To determine the best value to the Owner, the following selection criteria point value will be used to evaluate and rank bid proposals: * 60 Proposal cost * 5 Construction Time / Schedule * 20 Similar successful projects with positive references / working relationship with Client or Engineer.
