Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The deadline to ask questions is 5/26/2025 12:00 PM CDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The project consists of constructing approximately 950 linear feet of Telephone Road from Marina Drive to Telephone Road, 450 linear feet of Caribou Trail from Telephone Road to Caribou Trail, and 900 linear feet of Rench Road from Telephone Road to Foster Drive. This includes constructing a concrete section consisting of 7" reinforced concrete with 6" cement treated subgrade. The project also includes the installation of approximately 2,550 linear feet of 6"-8" water line, 1,700 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe of various sizes and approximately 4,650 linear feet of 6"-14" sanitary sewer line. Additionally, this project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps, driveways, and streetlights. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
