These services will include the supply and delivery of all labour, material and equipment necessary to provide Cleaning and Portering Services as indicated in Section 3 - Assignment. The Customer(s) seeks to satisfy the following objectives in an agreement (the Agreement) resulting from this RFP: Obtain the highest quality of services to the Customers with respect to the Cleaning and Portering Services needs; Obtain quality products and services at best overall value; Enhanced customer satisfaction and improvements in service; Support Contractors that act in an environmentally responsible manner. Your approach to designing, implementing and facilitating a service strategy; Your firm's qualifications and experiences to carry out this project, A proposal is being sought for cleaning and portering services for the ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development, herein referred to as the Supplier. In undertaking the Assignment, the Supplier will perform and complete the tasks and provide the deliverables as described in this Section.
