Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with Asbestos, Lead and Mold Abatement Services. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be November 22, 2024, through June 30, 2027. Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS), if such approval is required. Performance shall start no later than on the expressed date set by the awarding agency and after all approvals have been obtained and the agreement is fully executed The DSH reserves the right to utilize these references in determining whether a bidder is responsible. Deadline for Submission of Questions November 6, 2024 2:00PM Final Date for Bid Submission November 8, 2024 2:00PM Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at Ashley.Davis2@dsh.ca.gov and DSH-NapaPMU@dsh.ca.gov
