For construction of this project which includes but is not limited to the removal of detention door locks, the replacement of detention lock cylinders, welding, relocation of security system computers, running conduit and wiring, concrete drilling, installation of new fire alarm system tamper alarms, reprogramming the fire alarm panel, and the installation of new Knox boxes. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The Contractor shall possess a Class B license at the time of contract award.
