Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with Generators Stack Extension, and extend (2) existing co-generation baffles to reduce air turbulence and comply with EPA standards, as designed in the attached J.C. Chang and Associates (JCCA) drawings and structural calculations. Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS), if such approval is required. Performance shall start no later than on the expressed date set by the awarding agency and after all approvals have been obtained and the agreement is fully executed. Should the Contractor fail to commence work at the agreed upon time, the DSH reserves the right to terminate the agreement upon five (5) calendar days written notice to the Contractor.
