Jefferson Street Corridor Complete Streets Improvement Plan The City is a charter city located in Napa County, with an estimated population of 80,000. Additional information about the City is available online The Project will develop a Plan to improve safety, connectivity, and mobility for all users of the Jefferson Street corridor in the City of Napa. Jefferson Street runs north-south through the center of the City of Napa and acts as the spine of the City's local transportation network. The Project will be funded with Local and Federal dollars, which necessitates compliance with all pertinent local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. The desired timeline for the Project is for final Plan adoption by City Council to occur no later than September 15th, 2026. Question Deadline 01/02/2025 at 5:00 PM PT City reserves the right to issue addenda to modify the terms and conditions of this RFP, including modifications to the Proposal Deadline or to the Attachments to this RFP. Addenda will be issued through the Procurement Portal. Each Respondent is solely responsible for checking the Procurement Portal for addenda, and for reviewing any and all addenda before submitting its Proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
