Renovation of a municipal facility in Napa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
1127 First Street HVAC and Roof Replacement Project The Contractor shall possess a Class B license at the time of the Contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
