Question Deadline 01/31/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Bidders shall submit questions via email to Ms. Tessa Gomez at tegomez@chp.ca.gov. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Golden Gate Air Operations Unit, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Ceiling Heater Replacement Services as set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement/Certification: Contractor must possess a valid C-20, Warm Air Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contractor and C-36, Plumbing Contractors License, California Contractor's State License Board Specialty License OR valid C-20 license with C-36 subcontractor. B. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete State of California Standard 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to execution of Agreement. 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Golden Gate Air Operations Unit 3500 Airport Road Napa, CA 94558 3. The services shall be provided during: All work shall be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless other arrangements are approved by the CHP on-site contact.
