Renovation of a water / sewer project in Stockbridge, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of December 30 , 2024 this project was not awarded but no definite date for the rebid.** The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) intends to contract with an experienced licensed contractor to recondition filter pipe gallery - walls, floor, and existing pipe - by removing existing paint coatings and applying new paint located at 70 Oakdale drive, Stockbridge, 30281. Specifications herein describe the work to be completed under this contract. CCWA encourages Small Local, Minority and Women-Owned business to participate and respond t this bid request. The CCWA reserves the right to purchase more or less based on actual need at contract price. If a Bidder intends to offer minimum or maximum shipment quantities, such intent and such quantities should be specified on the bid Form. Otherwise, none will be assumed. Bidders may ask questions regarding this contract prior to the bid opening. To be considered, all questions must be received in writing via email to CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us by 3:00 p.m., October 30, 2024. Any and all responses to bidders' questions will be issued in the form of an Addendum by email. All addenda issued shall become part of the Bid Documents
