The services will consist of: Making arrangements for sampling as described in the Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and study plan; suggesting modifications, if any, to the QAPP and study plan to improve sample collection process; coordinating sampling activities with County sewer operations staff; coordinating with the County contract laboratory to receive sample bottles and equipment for use during sampling; Collecting samples of SCRWRF influent, effluent, and blanks; Storage of back-up samples for potential reanalysis; Collecting additional samples as requested by Spokane County; shipping samples to appropriate laboratories for testing; providing copies of field notes, chain of custody documentation and written summaries of sampling activities at the conclusion of each sampling event.
