Bi-State Justice Center for Complete Renovation of the First Level - The Bi-State Justice Center will accept proposals for a complete renovation of the First Level Texarkana, Arkansas District Courtroom - this includes sheetrock, drywall, electrical, lighting, flooring, carpentry, and any work that is needed on the HVAC system. All demolition work has already been completed by another private entity. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, hardware, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project. Sheetrock/Drywall Contractor will furnish all drywall/sheetrock, with needed materials required to complete sheetrock portion of operation All sheetrock is 5/8 firerock 100% of the wall behind judge's bench needs to be replaced 100% of ceiling and hat channel needs to be replaced to access all ductwork All veneer on four pillars and areas above the two doors need to be replaced. Electrical/Lighting Contractor will furnish any electrical parts/supplies needed to complete electrical portion of operation All outlets at desks and curved pony wall and podium to be USB plugs with USB-USC port Wiring in judge's bench needs to be replaced Replace all lighting with LED fixtures (mercury vapor lights still working, wanting to upgrade) Replace lights around hat channel in ceiling (LED) Flooring - Roughly 2100 sqft including vestibule/foyer Contractor will furnish all flooring (will provide sample of selected style, vinyl), and all supplies needed to complete flooring portion of operation Flooring through entirety of court room and vestibule/foyer needs to be installed All cove base in courtroom & vestibule/foyer needs to be installed HVAC - All duct work and insulation needs to be replaced, All diffusers need to be replaced
