Add a New Storefront Window With a Gate in the Board Room, Reconfigure the Existing Conference Room to the Sound Booth, and Replace the Toilet Partition With Door in the Men S Restroom. Remove and Reapply the Truncated Domes and Striping at the Ada Parking Spots. As Defined by the Scope of the Work and Specifications. All Bids Shall Comply With All Applicable Labor Compliance Requirements Under the California Labor Code, Including but Not Limited to, Registration With the Department of Industrial Relations (Labor Code Sections 1771.1(a) and 1725.5), 1771, 1771.4, 1773.2, 1774, 1776, 1777.5, 1813, and 1815. All Bids Shall Be on the Form Provided by the District. Each Bid Must Conform and Be Responsive to All Pertinent Contract Documents, Including, but Not Limited to, the Instructions to Bidders.
