The City of Rexburg (CITY) will accept Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers and licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors, in good standing, to perform construction manager services in accordance with Idaho Code 54-4501, and as determined by CITY. CITY intends to use the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) delivery process, in accordance with the Qualification Based Selection process set forth in Idaho Code 67-2320. CITY is planning the construction of a new police station facility. The current estimated construction budget is between $10 to $17 million. Pre-construction services shall begin immediately following contract execution. The CITY anticipates the need to take the project to the public for a General Obligation (GO) bond vote.
