Renovation of a mixed-use development in Garner, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,000-square-foot educational facility.
As such, Henkel is currently seeking prequalification for the following associated with Area A of the Elementary/Middle School Renovation portion of the project: Trade Contract Work (subcontractors) • Bid Package No. 22A-1 – Mechanical(including plumbing and HVAC) • Bid Package No. 26A-1 – Electrical(including low voltage systems) Henkel Construction Company is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the Facilities Improvements project at the Garner-Hayfield-Ventura Community School District in Garner, Iowa. Pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 26A, firms must be prequalified to bid on Trade Contract Work (“subcontractors”) and Material Packages (“suppliers”) with a value in excess ofthe competitive bid threshold of $206,000. Facilities Improvements Elementary/Middle School Renovation –Area A Garner-Hayfield-Ventura Community School District Garner, Iowa Project consists of HVAC upgrades and architectural renovations to an approximately 18,000 square foot portion of the existing Elementary/Middle School designated as Area A Project is to be completed while school is out in the Summer of 2025. The unit ventilators, cabinet unit heaters and temperature controls package associated with Bid Package No. 22A-1 have been prepurchased to accommodate this schedule..
