Renovation of a municipal facility in Garner, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids for the removal and replacement of the EPDM roof, including insulation at the Garner Maintenance Garage. Scope of work to include removal of existing membrane roof and replacement as per the attached Project Manual & Plans (Buyer Attachments section). Remove and reuse existing rock ballast. DOT estimated start date: July 1, 2025 (Start date to be coordinated with DOT project manager. This is an estimated start date after all required documents are received.) NOTE: FY26 Project: No work is to begin prior to July 1, 2025. DOT estimated completion date: September 30, 2025 (This includes resolution to all punch list items, inspections, and DOT Final Acceptance date typically used in construction bids.)
