Site work for a civil project in Perris, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project locations are within the City of Perris, and include: 1) Nuevo Rd. from Shady Oaks Rd. to El Nido 2) Goetz Rd. from Ellis Ave. to Mapes Rd. 3) Placentia Ave. from E. Frontage Rd. to Perris Blvd. 4) Old Evans Rd. from Evans R. to 275' East of Old Evans Rd. The scope of work will entail installation of landscape and irrigation improvements on existing street medians to include utility meter installation. The successful bidder will have one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the mandatory start of construction date of February 25, 2025, to fully complete all Work. Award of Contract is expected on January 28, 2025. The last day to submit technical inquiries shall be December 10, 2024, by 1:00 P.M. (PST). All inquiries shall be submitted through Active Bidder. All addenda shall be posted on the City website and contractors are to check the site during the bidding process.
