Site work and paving for a civil project in Perris, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Construction of a three-span cast-in-place prestressed concrete box girder bridge over the San Jacinto River Channel. To support the approaches to the new structure, a 900-foot 4 lane roadway with curb, gutter, partial sidewalks, and bike lanes will be constructed. Additionally, 570 feet of Caltrans Type 1 and Type 5 retaining walls will be built to accommodate maintenance ramps. The project will also include the installation of signing, striping, and new street lighting. The drainage work for this project will be divided into segments, with some segments being maintained by the City of Perris and others by the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (RCFCWCD). This work will involve the construction of storm drainpipes, catch basins, manholes, and swales. All questions and requests for information and acceptability of substitutes, including any questions addressing the interpretation or clarification of the Contract Documents must be submitted directly to the Active Bidder website prior to December 18, 2024. Answers will be posted on Active Bidder on or before December 23, 2024.
