Details of this project are shown in the Contract Plans. A total of 160 Contract days will be allowed for the installation period and 730 Contract days will be allowed for the establishment period. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. Contractor Experience in Landscaping (Form 850-070-09) is required to be submitted with bid. (BDI) Reference Sheet (Form 275-000-02) are required to be submitted with bid. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit SBA form once per year.
