Improvements include widening the existing Welcome Center entrance, constructing an asphalt driveway from A.M.E. Road, providing an asphalt employee parking area, constructing ingress/egress concrete ramps along with concrete inspection lanes, constructing two buildings (Administration & Inspection), adding curb and gutter, barrier walls, sidewalk, drainage improvements, ITS, signing & pavement markings, lighting, and other ancillary construction.
