Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
MPAC is soliciting bids for general contracting tenant improvement services to carry out tenant fit out construction for our new Ottawa office. Location: Unit 110, 1410 Blair Place Towers, Ottawa ON K1J 9B9 The renovation is approximately 2,700 square feet, on the main level of a multi-tenant office building. Access is directly into the suite through side entry door, via two stairs, surface level loading at back entrance to the building. No construction access via main entry doors permitted. The Landlord delivered the premise in "as-is" condition, Friday, November 29, 2024. Building permit application for the tenant's scope of work has been submitted to the City of Ottawa. The Successful Respondent will commence construction no later than Monday, January 13, 2025, and provide LAN room delivery to facilitate Bell Telephone Company of Canada, Ltd.'s access requirements by Friday, February 7, 2025. Substantial performance of the work complete, occupancy permit issued, no later than Friday, March 7, 2025. Timeline will be adjusted accordingly pending the issuance of the building permit.
