Reference Number 0000281916 Question Acceptance Deadline 29-Nov-2024 01:30:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 06-Dec-2024 12:00:00 PM EST Contract Administration for the construction Contract: 2023-6067 - Advanced Traffic Management System Replacement of 14 Pole Mounted VMS and Installation of 13 New CCTV Cameras and One New Pole Mounted VMS. The Atms Specialist Will Report to the Ca and is Responsible for Ensuring the Contractor's Adherence to All Atms Requirements and Quality Assurance Requirements Related to All Atms Works. This Includes All Atms Related Contract Items. The Atms Specialist Shall Monitor and Participate in Activities Such as on-site Inspection, Contract Interpretation, Liaison With Ca Team, Mto Offices Including but Not Limited to Mto Its Office and When Requested, the Design Consultant. Furthermore, the Atms Specialist Shall Be Required to Provide Expert Opinion/recommendations on Contractor's Clarifications, Proposals and Submissions, as Well as, Assist Ca With Critical Path Impacts and Various Related Analyses. The Atms Specialist Shall Attend All Site Meetings While the Atms Items Are Being Constructed and Prepare the Corresponding Monthly Progress Reports. A Final Atms Report, Which Must Include All the Atms Details and Photos, Shall Be Submitted Within 15 Business Days of Contract Completion. The Report Should Summarize the Milestones of the Monthly Reports, Any Problems That Arose and the Approaches/solutions Used to Resolve the Problems. The Report Shall Be Forwarded to the Contract Administrator and the Ministry's Contract Services Administrator.
