Reference Number 0000282227 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/19 03:00:00 PM EST Pricing Lump sum The following scope of work serves to describe work that is to be completed throughout the 2024/2025 winter season. The bidder who has the lowest combined unit rates will be put forward as a recommendation to the client to perform the work on T&M. The scope of work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Supply the necessary equipment for the loading and removal of stockpiled snow at the two snow loading zones as indicated on drawing 230284-CIV-BLK2-CM-WINTER_SNOW_RMVL Include for transport of equipment as required. Due to site space and turning radius constraints, no hitched trailers can be utilized It is expected that tridem or tandem axle dump trucks are to be utilized to transport snow to an off-site disposal facility Snow is to be disposed of at an off-site disposal facility Snow removal equipment and trucks is expected to be on an on-call basis and can mobilize to site as quickly as possible Snow removal to be conducted during the 2024/2025 winter season (i.e. approximately November 2024 to April 2025) snow removal activities to occur on call whenever there is a 3cm snow accumulation Removal to occur off-hours when requested.
