The purpose of the Request for Bids (RFB) is to request bids from suppliers to furnish convenience store fuel. The County desires to establish an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) term contract for the purchase of fuel at convenience store locations. The ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/20/2024 01:00:00 PM (ET) The agreement awarded from this bid shall be an annual agreement contract. The initial term of this agreement shall be one (1) year from date of approval. This agreement may be automatically renewed at Ellis Countys option for up to four (4) successive one-year terms. Renewal options will be the same terms and conditions of the original agreement unless price redetermination has been accepted by the County, as further explained in price redetermination below.
