Renovation of an educational facility in Houghton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of a single contract for the interior renovation of the eastern portion of Michigan Techs M&M building 3rd and 4th floors for the Psychology and Human Factors department. See the drawings and other contract documents for more information on the scope of work. Please note, this project is a Prevailing Wage Project under the State of Michigan Law Prevailing Wages on State Projects, MCL 408.1101 et seq . Pre-Qualification: Yes Est.
