Reference Number 0000281922 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/06 02:00:00 PM EST McMaster University is soliciting information from interested Proponents seeking to provide Fire Protection Services and wishing to be a qualified Firm for a prequalified bidders list known as the Vendor of Record – Fire Protection Contractor (VOR-FPC) for both maintenance services and new construction. Successful proponents will be provided opportunities to bid on projects for McMaster University over the term identified in this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) or until the RFSQ is cancelled by McMaster University. The term of this RFSQ is for three (3) years from the date of award, with an option to be extended for two (2) additional one (1) plus one (1) year terms. This current RFSQ once awarded may be republished annually to refresh the supplier pool, but enabling existing suppliers to maintain eligibility without the requirement for resubmission. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
