Renovation of a transportation facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 24,350-square-foot transportation facility.
The Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) is looking to replace carpeting in designated gate areas of the terminal. The total area for the replacement of carpet tile squares is 24,350 square feet. Proponents shall verify/measure each area to confirm square footage requirements. The selected installer will be responsible for the removal and-proper disposal of the existing carpeting materials. This project is subject to prevailing wage rate Question Deadline 11/22/2024 at 4:00 PM ET, Location : online portal. Responses to Questions : Nov 26th 2024, 4:00 PM EST respond to questions and requests for clarification received in an addendum posted to online. The Total square footage to be carpeted has been reduced from 23,417 to 22,825 SF. This total does not include the additional 1,000 SF of spare carpet tiles requested in the specifications.
