Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The intend of this amendment to solicitation is to add 3 attachments that seem to be missing also more responses to RFIs. REMINDER: bid opening due date is Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 11 AM E.T The intend of this amendment to solicitation is to add attachment of the ACAD file used by VA. This is part of the RFIs response to questions "I have an electrician asking for "scaled trailer drawings". the response is that the drawing is located at the bottom left of the drawing. You need to have ACAD in order to be able to view the drawing. REMINDER: bid opening due date is Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 11 AM E.T We are working on responses to RFIs, therefore another amendment will be posted as soon as those are complete. This solicitation is to inform potential offerors that the WNY Healthcare Systems; Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center will be posting a solicitation (36C24225B0007) on or about January 2025, for construction work necessary to demolish the decontamination area and rebuild the room with the new equipment. The installation of two separate HVAC systems is needed to upgrade current air handler. All work to be perform at the Buffalo, NY VA Medical Centers. The magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All inquires at the site visit must be submitted to the Contracting Officer to be considered for an official response. All RFIs must be submitted by noon on Tuesday, January 14,2025. EMAIL TO: Idalia.algarin@va.gov. The Period of Performance for the total effort will not exceed 15 calendar months. The Sterile Processing Department has equipment that has passed the service life and does not have adequate HVAC capacity. The Buffalo VAMC requires a Contractor to perform construction work necessary to demolish the decontamination area and rebuild the room with the new equipment.
