The work consists of the installation or replacement of water service lines from the Authority's waterlines to the customer's property line and other related work. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 10% Contract term: February 1,2025 Through January 31,2027 When permitted, members of the public may be present to observe the bid opening. All attendees must bring a government-issued photo identification (driver's license preferred) and check-in with the ECWA receptionist before being allowed entry to the bid opening. Whenever the Erie County Water Authority is operating under a Declaration of Emergency due to a pandemic or other general state of emergencies, members of the public may be precluded from being present at such bid opening. Anyone entering the service center or other authority facilities is subject to such restrictions or limitations in place at the time of entry.
