Renovation of a municipal facility in Buffalo, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit detailed proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for purchase and installation of a 5-ton and 7.5-ton air Handler and Air-Cooled Condensing replacement units delivered F.O.B Destination to 93 Oak St Buffalo, New York. NFTA reserves the right to award as a whole or in part. The scope of work for this procurement includes removal of existing units and delivery and installation of the new units. Included in the scope of work is all labor, tools, material equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as outlined herein. The work is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates The Replacement must be completed by March 31, 2025.
