Site work for a mixed-use development in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
City Park Improvements - Contract 2025-P The proposed work under this Contract consists of cleaning, sealing, and acrylic surface painting and striping two (2) tennis courts, (2) two basketball courts, and (1) skate park. This Contract also consists of creating (3) three new pickleball courts on an existing asphalt court which requires asphalt curb removal, surface cleaning and sealing, geofabric installation, asphalt resurfacing, hardware installation, and acrylic surface painting and striping . The estimate for this Contract is $186,558.68. Estimate with all alternates is $250,498.68. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid surety furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety in an amount as allowed by Treasury Circular 570. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the wage rates for Public Improvements in Portage County and in the City of Ravenna, Ohio as determined by the State Prevailing Wages for this work. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
