Renovation of a museum in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
work: Riddle Block Fourth Floor Renovation. A - a bid bond in the full amount of the bid or Option B - a certified check or cashier's check in the sum of 10 percent of the amount of the bid made payable to the Portage County Commissioners. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Bid Guarantee is conditioned to provide that if the Bid is accepted and awarded the Bidder will enter into a contract with the County and will file a Performance Bond as required. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the sum of 100 percent of the contract price for the faithful performance of the Contract. If the Bidder selects "Bid Guarantee" Option A, the Bidder may use this Bond as the Performance Bond.. The Portage County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
