Annual Paving Program for: "ANNUAL PAVING PROGRAM - CONTRACT 2025-A" The proposed work under this contract includes asphalt planing and resurfacing, asphalt patching, crack sealing, concrete roadway repairs, concrete intersection replacement, asphalt and concrete road base repairs, curb ramp and sidewalk replacements, replacement of and installation of new storm and sanitary structures, and associated work items. The estimated cost for this project is $1,227,341.00 without alternate items and $1,533,008.00 with all alternate items. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid surety furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety in an amount as allowed by Treasury Circular 570. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the wage rates for Public Improvements in Portage County and in the City of Ravenna, Ohio as determined by the State Prevailing Wages for this work.
