A bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form, issued by an approved Surety Company, may be furnished in lieu of a certified check bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. *The City of St. Clair Shores reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding.
