Site work for a development in Centerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The specified project consists of the improvements of an approximately 1.20 acre pond and the surrounding banks and park land. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly after the bid deadline and read immediately thereafter. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of e ither a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do apply for this project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Park District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
