Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Centerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Street work is projected for nineteen (19) streets, see Exhibit A for a map of the locations. This work primarily involves isolated repair of curb, underdrain, catch basins, asphalt and concrete drive approaches, sidewalk, and curb ramps. The locations are listed below in Table 1. The City's intention is to complete as many streets listed as the budget allows. This bid also includes new sidewalk installation along Marwyck Drive, West Von Dette Circle, Mapleton Drive, and Pellbrook Farm Drive. See Exhibit B for location and plans uploaded on Bidexpress. Sidewalk replacements ONLY is planned for the location shown in Exhibit C. A detailed list by address will be supplied to the successful contactor. The area for sidewalk replacement is bounded by I-675 to the north, E. Alex Bell Road to the south, Bigger Road to the west, and Wilmington Pike to the east. Estimated 67 curb ramp replacements.
