**As of February 11,2025, project was awarded to D&M Construction , General Contract: Contract A – SSIS – D&M Construction $171,500 Contract B – WSH – D&M Construction $132,000 Total - $303,500 The Scranton School District is soliciting sealed bids for the South Scranton Intermediate School and West Scranton High School Fire Alarm System Replacements and Environmental Abatement (Project) in the form of MULTIPLE prime lump sum contract(s). Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: Contract 1: General Construction Contract 2: Electrical Construction Contract 3: Environmental Abatement Contract A: South Scranton IS Fire Alarm System Replacement & Environmental Abatement Contract B: West Scranton HS Fire Alarm System Replacement & Environmental Abatement Checks shall be made payable to CHA and mailed to 1 E. Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
