REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS HEATING SYSTEM The Scranton Housing Authority, City of Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania is seeking Request for Proposals, in duplicate, for HVAC contractor to provide a design build heating system for one building, #25, 700-710 Herbert Street, located at Hilltop Manor, a 250-unit family development in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Specifications for the type of heating system are detailed in the scope of work included in the proposal package. The RFP will be available for pickup Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, at the Scranton Housing Authority Office, 400 Adams Avenue, Scranton Pennsylvania, 18510. Proposals will be held in confidence and not released in any manner until after the contract has been awarded. Proposals are due by 10:00AM, Tuesday, December 17, 2024, addressed as follows: Mr. Karl Lynott, Executive Director Scranton Housing Authority 400 Adams Avenue Scranton, PA 18510
