Contractors sought for a series of Home Repair Projects. Sealed bids will be received for their AGING IN PLACE HOME MODIFICATION & REPAIR PROGRAM. This contract will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania for a period of one (1) year. Work is to be performed in accordance with the contract documents to be obtained from NWNEPA. The successful bidders will be required to submit certificates of insurance, as well as proof of registration as a PA Home Improvement Contractor. Several IDIQ contracts will be awarded, with each individual project awarded to the lowest, most responsible bidder for the particular scope of work required at that location. However, the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid in connection with said program, or waive any irregularities. The successful bidder shall be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Sealed bids can be delivered to NWNEPA at the address listed above or can be submitted electronically via Dropbox as directed in the bidding documents. Bid documents can be obtained by requesting same via email to nohara@doenterprise s.net. The Owner encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in the bidding. PA DCED, PA PHFA, US Dept of Housing and Urban Development and US Dept of Health & Human Services, among others, are providing funding for these projects.
