Notice Content CITY OF SCRANTON INVITATION TO BID: Street Maintenance Paving The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Asphalt Paving B. Milling of Asphalt Pavement C. Asphaltic and Stone Base Repairs or Base Placement D. Concrete Sidewalk Curb Ramps E. Utility Adjustments F. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic During Construction A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Question Submission Deadline:March 24, 2025, 4:30pm Questions about this project shall be submitted in writing via "Q&A" through the City's e-Procurement Portal. All bidders on a contract for public works must furnish a Bid Bond (10% of contract amount), which must be included in your bid submission. Performance Bond (100%) and Payment Bond (100%) must be submitted at time of award. The City of Scranton reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to request additional information from any bidder. The City further reserves the right to reject all bids and seek new bids when such procedure is considered to be in the best interest of the City.
