The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is interested in seeking a contract for the Service and Maintenance of the Security Electronics, Detention Equipment and Commercial Security Doros, Hardware, and Software at the Hale Ho'ola building on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. See attachment for specifications. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Adams, Troy. Questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted via online by November 19, 2:00 PM. Answers to questions shall be published on November 21, 2024, by, 2:00 PM. Only questions submitted via online shall be answered, no other questions shall be accepted. Scope of Services A. General Provide technical onsite support to troubleshoot and repair issues with security electronics system. Provide twenty-four hours/seven days a week ("24/7") technical support for controls to include programming corrections and software updates as needed. Provide local technician for emergency support. Provide added services for staff training and observation. Provide administration oversight. Provide technical site investigation and reporting. Provide 24/7 remote technical support.
