Site work and paving for a road / highway in Florence, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians ("CTCLUSI" or "Tribe") seeks qualified contractors to furnish all equipment and labor to perform road maintenance work on CTCLUSI forest lands. This includes, but is not limited to, brushing, mowing, rocking, reshaping (grading) and rolling, ditch pulling, culvert cleaning, culvert repair, bucking, and decking in accordance with the terms of the Sample Contract and "Attachment 1 - Description, Specification, and Statement of Work". LOCATION: Road maintenance quotes are being solicited primarily for the Lake, Smith and Tioga tracts (see maps below) but also may occur on other Tribal lands as needed. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted by email to Kyle Terry at kterry@ctclusi.org. No information concerning this solicitation provided in response to telephone calls or email shall be considered binding. This contract is established for the purpose of providing routine and recurring maintenance of forest and administrative use roads managed by the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and terms of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Maintenance work consists of a variety of road repair activities including but not limited to the following: o Blading o Pavement cleaning o Watering o Compaction o Ditch maintenance o Drainage structure maintenance o Roadway drainage maintenance o Spot Surfacing o Pothole / Skin Patching o Removal and disposal of materials o Roadside brushing o Logging out o Rock / Earth Barrier and Gate Maintenance o Sign maintenance The Tribe anticipates awarding 1, 2 or 3 BPA awards per Tract as follows. Multiple Tracts may be awarded/included per BPA award: o Lake Creek Tract (Tract 1) o T15S R07W Sec. 10, 13-16, 22-24, 26 o 4957 acres o Road Surface Inventory (GIS-based) Aggregate 20.36 miles Bituminous 2.29 miles Natural 10.47 miles Unknown 3.59 miles o Smith River Tract (Tract 2) o T 20S R09W Sec. 1, 12, 13, 24 o T 20S R10W Sec. 7, 8, 17, 18, 19-21 o 4933 acres o Road Surface Inventory (GIS-based) Aggregate 19.36 miles Bituminous 1.66 miles Natural Improved 2.13 Unknown 1.33
