Remodeling of a medical facility in Florence, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 3,800-square-foot medical facility.
Bids shall be identified as: BID for CTCLUSI Florence Dental Clinic Remodel. Work on this project consists of the interior renovation of approximately 3,800 SF of an 8,921 SF existing wood-framed, one-story building with partial loft. The renovation area is to be a combined medical and dental clinic for use by the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI), and includes new interior partitions for exam rooms and support spaces, equipment, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. Minor exterior work includes the addition of an exterior door and infilling of an existing window with associated site improvements. General Contractors are encouraged to contact HGE ARCHITECTS, INC., by phone or email and register their interest in submitting a bid and to be included on the plan holders' list. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection therewith. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof until the lapse of thirty (30) days from the bid opening.
