Question Acceptance Deadline 11/21/2024 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- BID SECURITY A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Fraser, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, shall be submitted with each bid. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. *The City of Fraser reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment and maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
