- Experienced contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and materials necessary for new roof at this location. - Existing roof is 100 foot x 40 foot gable end roof with architectural shingle, ridge vent and no roof penetrations. - Strip the entire roof of all shingles and properly dispose of all debris to off site. If necessary, removal of any required equipment. - Inspect all decking for proper fastening and degradation, refasten as needed. Remove and replace degraded decking. - Refasten drip edge with copper nails as needed. Salt Shed Roof Replacement.
