Reference number: 20021901 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-25 Partial redevelopment of the 2nd floor of the Design Pavilion (DE), located at 1440 rue Sanguinet. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing partitions and infrastructure, construction of partitions, ventilation, mechanical and electrical work, lighting, flooring, painting, custom furniture, etc. Work must be completed within the timeframe specified in the schedule. Similarly, accesses, sidewalks, etc. will also continue to be used throughout the duration of the work. The Contractor shall ensure that users have safe and uninterrupted access to the premises and facilities. The Contractor must ensure that all areas of the pavilion remain accessible to users during construction and occupancy hours. This contract includes, but is not limited to, all fit-up work, demolition, protection, patching and other work required to complete the Work and all related work such as site development and clean-up, temporary protection work, repairs and modifications to existing interior fit-up work. All jointing, repair and drilling work required for the present work is included.
