Renovation of a medical facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Recalification of the Former Institute for the Deaf and Mute complex located at 3700, rue Berri, in the quadrilateral formed by the Berri, Cherrier, Saint-Denis and Roy Est Streets. This project is a part of a major construction program relating to the requalification of the Royal-Victoria Site. The scope of the project will include major renovation and redevelopment work with a value that may exceed $50 million. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary. The owner of the facility, Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) has awarded professional consultants for the completion of special studies and analyses provision of professional and administrative support and management support services and plans to launch a call for proposals to increase the supply of housing on the Plateau-Mont-Royal. Scope of work and timelines of the construction program implementation have yet to be finalized. Further update in mid-2025.
