The tender is for two (2) lots in total. Bidders may bid for one (1) of the two lots or for both (2) lots together. Each lot is considered a separate service. The work consists of repairs, partial replacements or new garage door installations as described in this tender document, based on specific requests for each work request. Garage doors are typically located in residential complexes and are residential/commercial grade. They are mostly made of wood or steel and operated by electrical operators. In addition to materials, the SUPPLIER shall provide the labour, monitoring, tools and all services necessary to perform the work requested. If a BIDDER wishes to ask a question or request clarification on any aspect of the Tender Document or the Tender Documents, it must forward the request in writing to the tender manager identified at beginning of this Agreement and using the form provided at https://www.omhm.qc.ca/en/form/question-pour-un-call-of-offer, specifying the number and the title of the Tender Notice.
