This Scope of Services provides consultants with information necessary to prepare a proposal for the design and installation of heat pump/HVAC equipment and system components for three Massachusetts Water Resources Authority Plants: the Wachusett Dam Lower Gatehouse in Clinton, MA; the Newton Street Water Pumping Station in Brookline, MA; and the New Neponset Wastewater Pump Station in Canton, MA, (the Plants) for the purposes of reducing each Plants greenhouse gas emissions. These Plants currently use oil or propane for heating. The Project tasks include project administration, design and the Work includes installation, commissioning, testing and training. Deadline for Questions 11:00 a.m. on December 6, 2024 Proposals From Qualified Firms Interested in Installation of Heat Pumps at Mwra Plants (New Neponset Wastewater Pump Station, Canton, MA, Newton St. Pump Station, Brookline, MA , and the Wachusett Dam Lower Gatehouse, Clinton, MA ) The Work Includes: the Design and Installation of Heat Pump Equipment, Furnishing of the Tools, Materials, Superintendence, Labor, Skills and All Other Items Necessary to Install Such at The Named Facilities. The Estimated Project Cost is $1,200,000.00 Each proposal must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the proposer has the classification and capacity rating to perform the Work, and an Update Statement.
