This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice synopsizing a solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
